Give direction for TL pre-shift Daily reporting including Safety incident, SQP, downtime tracking, plant report, 5y Analysis Confirm and approve associates time in Kronos to ensure associates are paid properly Ensure department Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain (5S) activities are regularly completed.
Department manpower planning and control.
Weekly updates of Team Leaders Process Assignment Sheets Support all business plan and budget activity Qualifications Minimum Educational Qualifications HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA/GED EQUIVALENT Minimum Experience Must have minimal 1 year experience leading a team (Example:
